Our experienced team offers Padel Court installation, concrete and court specs, as well as engineered drawings for your Padel court for various permitting purposes.

Seabreeze Development LLC. is an international Padel court provider and a design/build metal building specialist headquartered in Miami, Florida with a presence in Asheville, North Carolina and The Bahamas.

Founded through four generations in the year 1955, first Island Industries, by Stanley Newman in Nassau Bahamas, then Newco Structures by Edward Newman in Miami Florida, and now Seabreeze Development by Eric and Baker Newman.

Through Baker's 20+ years in the racquet sport world he discovered Padel for the first time in Spain during his 2016 6-week stunt in Barcelona. Padel is played on a court that's roughly 25% smaller than a standard tennis court and has glass walls that you can play balls off, similar to squash.
